Invasion of Las Noches[]
Trek Through Las Noches[]
Rukia accompanies Ichigo Kurosaki, Yasutora Sado, Uryu Ishida, and Renji Abarai on their journey to Las Noches for the purpose of rescuing a recently abducted Orihime Inoue. At some point, the group splits up, and Rukia wanders into the headquarters of Novena (Ninth) Espada Aaroniero Arruruerie and engages the Arrancar in battle. Rukia kills Aaroniero by destroying his container with her Shikai, but is fatally injured in the process and loses consciousness.
On Ben Tennyson's instructions, Rukia is retrieved by Apacci Emilou--who is surprised that someone so petite and unassuming could defeat an Espada--and taken into Las Noches for medical treatment under the false pretense of facing interrogation after she recovers. Rukia's injuries are treated, and she rejoins the battle against Aizen's remaining servants.
Yammy's Rampage[]
Rukia participated in the battle against Yammy Llargo, who had released his Zanpakuto and began to wreak havoc. Rukia's attacks did little to damage the behemoth, and she ultimately stepped aside when Ben and his allies arrived and the hero transformed into Way Big, a form that left Rukia amazed.
Post-Winter War[]
Fake Karakura Town[]
Rukia stayed in Hueco Mundo during the battle of Fake Karakura Town, likely at Byakuya's insistence. She finally arrived at the copied city along with her brother-in-law and several others through a portal created either by Professor Paradox or Mayuri Kurotsuchi and became properly acquainted with Ben and his friends. She seemed amused and unbelieving when Ben claimed that there was someone who was attracted to Ichigo, though he declined to identify the person (Orihime) But Rukia interrupts telling everyone present that her and Ichigo are in a relationship . When Kevin Levin made a joke about Ichigo's name, specifically from the scenario that it derived from his parents initially mistaking him for a girl when he was born, Rukia thought this was hilarious and laughed at Ichigo, along with Renji.
Beach Party[]
Rukia attended the beach party to celebrate Aizen's defeat. She participated in the sand castle contest, though her poorly made sculpture was destroyed by Water Hazard, angering her. She later took part in the Chicken game, where she was paired with Ichigo, to their mutual annoyance. Ultimately, Gwen and Kevin won the game.

A few years after the winter war Rukia and Ichigo were married in the seiretei . Two years later Rukia would give birth to her and Ichigo son Kazui
